Our founding attorney came to the United States as an immigrant and built businesses in hospitality, manufacturing, real estate development and lending before practicing law. That background shapes how the firm works: we understand the immigration process from the inside, and we understand what a contract, a permit or a lawsuit means to a business.
Today the firm represents individuals, families, investors and companies in immigration, federal court, disputes, real estate, private client, intellectual property and public company matters.

Our attorneys
JJ Zhang, Esq. (章律师), founding attorney. An immigrant himself, JJ Zhang ran hotels and a galvanized wire business spanning China and the United States, served in the Navy Reserve, and developed real estate before founding TEZ Law Firm in 2021. He leads the firm’s attorneys and staff.
