JJ Zhang didn’t just study immigration law — he lived it. As an immigrant himself, JJ knows firsthand what it means to navigate an unfamiliar legal system in a new country, with everything on the line. That personal experience is at the heart of everything Tez Law P.C. does.

Before founding Tez Law P.C., JJ built a diverse career as an entrepreneur and real estate developer — operating businesses across multiple industries and developing both residential and commercial properties throughout California. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker license (#01921248), giving him rare cross-discipline insight that benefits clients dealing with investment visas, EB-5, and real estate-related immigration matters.

When JJ decided to practice law, he chose immigration and civil litigation not because they were the easiest path, but because they’re where he could make the biggest difference for communities he understands personally. Today, Tez Law P.C. represents clients from across the United States and around the world — in immigration courts, federal courts, and California state courts.
